4. Tax, Bookkeeping, IFTA & IRP
OTM provides bookkeeping and administrative tax-preparation support for trucking businesses, including assistance with IFTA quarterly filings and IRP (apportioned plate) registration and renewals. OTM is not an accounting firm or law firm and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Approval of any registration, permit, renewal, or government filing — including IFTA and IRP — is solely determined by the applicable government agency. OTM does not guarantee approval, processing times, refunds, or specific outcomes.
5. Company Setup
OTM assists clients with business formation and transportation-related registration processes, including LLC/corporation formation, EIN, MC and DOT authority, FMCSA registration, BOC-3, and UCR. Approval of any application, permit, authority, registration, or government filing is solely determined by the applicable government agency. OTM does not guarantee approval, processing times, or specific outcomes.
6. Fleet Management
Fleet management services provided by OTM are administrative and operational support services only. The motor carrier remains solely responsible for compliance with FMCSA regulations, safety requirements, driver qualification standards, insurance obligations, vehicle maintenance, and all applicable federal and state laws.
7. FMCSA & DOT Compliance
OTM Logistics & Services LLC does not assume responsibility for a carrier's compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs), DOT requirements, safety audits, CSA scores, insurance requirements, driver qualifications, or Hours of Service compliance. Compliance with all applicable regulations remains the sole responsibility of the motor carrier.
8. No Guarantee of Results
OTM Logistics & Services LLC makes no guarantee regarding revenue, profitability, freight availability, load volume, business growth, government approvals, or operational results. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
