From the road to the back office
OTM was born from real experience in the trucking industry. We saw owner-operators losing money — not because they couldn't drive, but because the paperwork, the load hunting, the compliance, and the bookkeeping were eating their time and their margins.
So we built the back-office partner we wished existed: one team that handles dispatching, tax for trucking companies, and company setup — with flat transparent pricing, real people answering the phone, and strategies built for trucking, not adapted from another industry.
