Junior Félix Santana Rojas

An attorney licensed in the Dominican Republic, he holds a Law Degree from Universidad Acción Pro-Educación y Cultura (UNAPEC), a specialization in Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law from the Instituto Superior para la Defensa (INSUDE), and a Master's Degree in State Administration Law awarded by IGLOBAL in collaboration with the University of Salamanca, Spain.

Throughout his professional career, he has served as a university lecturer, researcher, and administrative professional. In 2022 he joined Demesmin & Dover, PLLC, a Florida-based law firm, where he supported case management and administrative operations, serving as Case Manager until May 2026. He is also a commissioned Florida Notary Public and served as a Tax Specialist II with H&R Block during the 2026 tax season.

OTM Logistics & Services was founded on June 1, 2026. As its Founder and Managing Director, he combines his academic background and professional experience to help transportation companies improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and strengthen long-term growth. He leads the company with a firm commitment to excellence, transparency, and client-centered service.
